Looking attractive, height plays an important role in human body. People are too attractive from the face but they haven’t height then they are like ugly. Height is based on heredity in many case but those people who use balanced foods and diet also have to improve maintain height. The following are the tips for making human beings height according to their age and body structure.

It is also called as Riboflavin which helps to increase the height and also of bones, hairs, skin and nails. The main sources of Vitamin B2 are egg, fish and green vegetables.
Vitamin C
Vitamin C is also called Arcberk Acid which helps the bones and teeth strong. It is totally antioxidant and prevent from many diseases. The main sources of Vitamin C are Tomato, Amala and fresh fruits.
Proteins
Proteins helps to make our body healthy and also increase the height as well develop the cells making. Those food items which include Amino Acid helps increase in body figure and power into body. The protein foods are Fish, Milk, Beans, Chicken and meat which include calcium and minerals which helps to make bones strong and increases.
