The proper way of brushing

The smile of the people increases their beauty. And for this good teeth are essential. So you need to be focused on the clean teeth as well. For the healthy teeth you need to brush the teeth. But the way of brushing is right or wrong, you should know it.
Apply little amount of toothpaste on your brush:
Keeping less paste on the brush is enough. The level or amount of paste won’t make your teeth shiny. Keeping more paste on teeth will lead the florid stuck on teeth and if it isn’t cleaned the teeth will get black and white spots.
How to do brush?
Keep your brush on the angle of 45 degree from your saliva, keep the gum line far and brush your teeth. First clean the upper teeth and than come to lower teeth. Move the brush round on the teeth.
Brush properly:
Make your hand light while brushing. Clean outside the teeth, inside and the chewing area and to clean the teeth from inside clean it doing up and down.
Clean the tongue:
Clean the tongue along with teeth. You can use tongue cleaner while cleaning the teeth. The bacteria and the bad breathe goes away.
Change the brush in 3 months:
After brushing clean the brush and keep it safely. According to dentist you need to change the brush once in 3 months.
Brush for at least 2 minutes:
If you have the habit of brushing in hurry than don’t do this. You need to brush for at least 2 minutes. This will help to keep your teeth healthy.
Don’t brush for more than 3 times:
It is good to brush twice in a day. After sleeping the bacteria can easily attack the teeth. So you need to brush before sleeping. Brushing for more number of times the wound may occur in saliva.
